First time ever needing to see a cardiologist. Was referred to one on the same morning I found out that my grandfather had just died. So, my doctor heard what was probably just stress and sounded like a heart murmur to her.

Generally speaking, any place in Mesquite has terrible customer service, whether that is food, healthcare, any business. Coming to The Heart Place was the first place in Mesquite where I wasn't "just a number". The staff and Dr Singh took the time to understand my unique health profile, and prescribed me a care plan and medication to help me live my life without degraded quality!

I was pre- registered over the phone so everything went well once I got to the office. I was in and out and even had a test while in office. Everyone was very efficient. I loved Dr. Singh and I want to thank you Dr. Singh for fitting me into your schedule so I can reschedule my hip surgery.

Dr Sandeep Singh is a wonderful Dr. First time I met him he introduced himself and shook my hand. He made sure I was completely taken care of. Set up a nurse to call me once a week to check on me and get my vitals for the week. Ever since he has been my doctor my heart health has improved. He removed a medicine that kept sending to the emergency room it was flushing out all my potassium. He is an excellent heart doctor.

Thus far, Dr Singh has provided medical help not provided by my doctors in the city we moved from this past September. I was pleased to get an appointment with him very quickly. An echocardiogram was scheduled promptly, and accomplished very professionally. A follow up appointment was scheduled, and evaluated, quickly as well.

First time I met Dr Singh he introduced himself and shook my hand. Haven’t had that happen. He has taken such good care of me. Got my blood pressure down where it should have been. Set me up with the health app has nurse call me weekly and dietitian monthly. I was sent home from er with high blood pressure and his assistant per drs instructions told me next time they were not to send me home until my blood pressure was under 170 and to call him. They did next time it happened. He takes care of you and I appreciate that.

After over 60 years in the healthcare field, it is sometimes sad to see how things have changed, but Dr. Singh reminds me of the old days when Physicians took time to get to know their patients. Dr.Singh wouldn't listen when I explained what HE was calling " swelling in the left ankle " was NOT swelling ! I had achilles surgery in 2007 and it left a deformed area which appears to be swelling but in fact it's an area of which atrophy occurred so some of the area is sunken in leaving an APPEARANCE of swelling. He was just searching for excuses to cancel my surgery and order a lot of senseless costly testing of which all came back good enough for the doctor to approve and clear my for surgery. I will NOT be going back to his office ! Always remember you do have choices and not every doctor knows what's best.

The doctor was so sure of himself thinking my heart was bad that he not only canceled my already scheduled surgery, he ordered thousands of dollars of testing that was NOT needed for my " surgical clearance ". I had already had an EKG, blood work and he STILL ordered an ultrasound of the heart, a nuclear stress test and those are absolutely high dollar tests. A waste of my time and money !! I will NOT go back as they suggested I needed to do. BTW.....the same doctor approved me for surgery and it went well with NO issues as I felt it would turn out that way !!
